30-day satisfaction promise
At VESTING, your satisfaction matters. If something is wrong with your order, we'll make it right. You have 30 days from delivery to reach out.
How our products are made
Every VESTING piece is printed on demand, individually, after you order. This means we don't hold stock and items can't simply be "put back on the shelf." Our policy is built around that reality — and around treating you fairly.
Defective, misprinted, or wrong items — free replacement or refund
If your item arrives defective, misprinted, damaged in transit, or it's not what you ordered (wrong design, wrong size sent), we cover everything:
- Email contact.vesting@gmail.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo of the issue.
- We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to ship the item back in most cases.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Wrong size or change of mind
Because each item is custom-made for you, we can't resell returned pieces. If you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind:
- Contact us within 30 days — we'll always try to find a fair solution.
- Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at the customer's expense, to an address we'll provide.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- To avoid sizing issues, check the size guide on each product page before ordering.
Refund method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (card or PayPal). You'll receive an email confirmation once processed.
