Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between VESTING, operating the online store vesting.shop, and any person making a purchase on the site (the "Customer"). VESTING is a streetwear brand based in Geneva, Switzerland.

Article 2 — Products

VESTING sells apparel (t-shirts and related textile goods) produced on demand. Each item is printed individually after the order is placed. Slight variations in print position, colour, and fabric are inherent to print-on-demand and do not constitute defects.

Article 3 — Prices

Prices are displayed in the Customer's local currency (CHF for Switzerland, EUR for the European Union), all taxes included. VESTING reserves the right to change its prices at any time; the price applicable is the one in effect at the moment the order is validated by the Customer.

Article 4 — Order

The Customer places an order on the website. Validating the order implies full acceptance of these Terms. An order confirmation is sent by email.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is made online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or via PayPal. Payment is secured by SSL encryption.

Article 6 — Shipping & delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided at the time of order. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the number of items.

Free shipping is offered on all orders of €70 or more. Below this threshold, standard shipping rates apply and are shown clearly before payment.

As items are made to order, estimated delivery times are 7–15 business days across Switzerland and the European Union (production + shipping combined). VESTING cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

Article 7 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer law, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal. Please note: because each item is custom-printed to order, this right may be limited for personalised goods. VESTING nevertheless offers a 30-day satisfaction policy — see our Refund Policy.

Article 8 — Conformity

All items are covered by the legal warranty of conformity. If you receive a defective, misprinted, or damaged item, we will replace it or refund you at no cost — see our Refund Policy.

Article 9 — Liability

VESTING cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the products sold. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order.

Article 10 — Data protection

Personal data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nLPD).

Article 11 — Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. For customers in the European Union, mandatory consumer-protection provisions of their country of residence also apply. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first; failing that, the competent courts of Geneva, Switzerland, shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights of EU-based customers.
